Shipping & Returns

Delivery times vary by product and delivery address. The estimate shown at checkout is not a guaranteed delivery date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and delivery address, and is shown before you pay. Items from different suppliers may be sent in separate parcels, with the combined shipping cost shown at checkout. We do not offer general free shipping over 1,000 kr.

Contact bjornstrand99@gmail.com with your order number if your order does not arrive as expected. We will look into the delivery and help you. Your statutory rights in the event of delay apply.

1. Send a clear message to bjornstrand99@gmail.com saying that you wish to return an item. Please include your order number and which items it concerns. You do not need to give a reason when using your right of withdrawal.
2. We will send you return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send the item directly to the print facility without agreement. Your notice of withdrawal does not require prior approval from us.
3. Pack the item securely and keep the receipt for the return shipment.

Notify us within 14 days from the day after you receive the item, provided you have received the legally required information about the right of withdrawal. Send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us. You may examine and try on the garment as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for reduced value where the legal conditions are met.

After the statutory withdrawal period, you can still request a return within 30 days of receipt. This extended return right applies to unused and unwashed garments with the original labels attached. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. This offer does not limit your right of withdrawal or your right to make a complaint.

You pay the direct cost of return shipping for withdrawals and voluntary returns. We do not charge a separate return fee. If you return the entire order, we refund the item amount and the original standard shipping. Any extra charge for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded.

Refunds are made to the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever comes first.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful. We will handle the complaint and cover the necessary return shipping for a valid complaint. The 30-day return period does not limit your statutory rights to make a complaint.

Contact us and we will help you with the return and any new order. A new purchase has its own price and shipping.
