Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made to order. It takes 2–5 working days to make your garment and 2–6 working days to reach you, so most orders in Norway arrive within 4–11 working days. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in Norway costs 75 kr and is free on orders of 1,000 kr or more. Express shipping in Norway costs 99 kr. International shipping costs 180 kr. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay.

Why is everything made to order?

Making each piece when you order it means we don't produce stock that ends up unsold. It takes a few extra days, and it helps reduce overproduction.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Because production starts quickly, we can't always change an order once it is being made, but your statutory right of withdrawal always applies.

Sizing and fit

Are the pieces unisex?

Yes. Our hoodies, crewnecks and the Gust windbreaker have a relaxed, unisex cut. On each product page you can see the piece worn by both a woman and a man.

Which size should I choose?

Our hoodies (Noa and Tarn) and the Beck crewneck run small, so we recommend ordering one size larger than your usual size. Saga, Sky and Gust have a regular fit; size up if you want a looser look or plan to layer underneath. Not sure? Ask us with the product name and your usual size.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, and we also offer 30-day returns on unused, unwashed garments with the original labels attached. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Read the full terms on our Shipping & Returns page.

What if my item is faulty or wrong?

Contact us with your order number, a short description and a photo. We'll handle the complaint and cover the necessary return shipping for a valid complaint.

Payment and offers

How can I pay?

You can pay by card, Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay. Checkout is secure, and prices include taxes.

Do you have a welcome discount?

Yes. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of any page and you'll get 15% off your first order.

Care

How should I wash my Ravn pieces?

Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours, and hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Don't iron directly on the logo. Gentle care keeps the fabric soft and the details sharp for longer.
