Why it wastes less

  • Nothing made on a guess

    We don't produce a season of stock in advance, so there are no unsold piles to discount, store or throw away.

  • A small, chosen range

    A few pieces we stand behind, instead of large drops that need constant clearing.

  • Recycled fibres where we can

    Saga and Sky are made with 20–40% recycled polyester. We look for more recycled options as the range grows.

Questions about made to order

What does made to order mean?

We don't keep a warehouse of finished stock. When you order a Ravn piece, it is printed or embroidered and finished for your order by our production partner, then shipped to you.

Why does it waste less?

Brands that make for stock have to guess demand months ahead. What doesn't sell is discounted, stored or thrown away. When a piece is only made after it has been ordered, the number made matches the number ordered, so we don't create unsold stock.

Is Ravn sustainable?

We avoid that word. Our garments still use cotton and polyester, and every order is shipped on its own. What we can say is that making to order helps reduce overproduction, and that Saga and Sky contain 20–40% recycled polyester.

How long does it take?

It takes 2–5 working days to make your garment and 2–6 working days to deliver it, so most orders in Norway arrive within 4–11 working days. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout.

Can I still return it?

Yes. You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, and we also offer 30-day returns on unused, unwashed garments. Read more on Shipping & Returns.
